Happy Birthday Owl Card
I added shimmer to all the edges on the card.. When you move the card the shimmer shines more.. so this picture shows a little bit more the shimmer since I was holding it on an angle. Looks really good in person.
Close up of the Owl. I used buttons for the balloons.
I couldn't get the lighting right to take the right picture of this card.. Someday I'll own a better camera haha.
